1. Acceptance

By accessing or using project-array.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Project Array provides photography and videography services, digital products (LUT packs, presets), and fine art prints. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or booking confirmation. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchases made through it.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the shoot date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Project Array cancels the engagement.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by Project Array remain the intellectual property of Project Array unless a full buyout is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Clients receive a license to use delivered images and videos for the purposes specified in their booking agreement. Resale, sublicensing, or use outside the agreed scope requires written permission.

Project Array retains the right to display work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the shoot.

5. Digital Products

LUT packs, presets, and other digital downloads are sold as-is for personal and commercial use by the purchaser only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited. All sales of digital products are final — no refunds once the download link has been accessed.

6. Fine Art Prints

Print orders are fulfilled through a third-party print partner. Production begins within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Damaged or defective prints will be replaced at no cost — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to download, copy, or scrape protected media from the Site
• Circumvent any technical protection measures
• Impersonate Project Array or its representatives

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Array shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
