Project Array is a photography and videography studio based in Southern California. We operate the website at project-array.com. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Project Array.

  • Name and email address when you submit a contact or booking inquiry
  • Project details and message content you include in forms
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card numbers)
  • Session data (cookies) necessary for the site to function

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and fulfill booking requests
  • Process payments for prints, LUTs, and other digital products
  • Send transactional communications (booking confirmations, order receipts)
  • Improve the website and our services

We do not use your information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Manus — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Manus's privacy policy.

These services are used solely to operate the site and fulfill your requests. We do not share data with them beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies without your consent. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact and booking inquiry data for up to 24 months to fulfill our services and respond to follow-up requests. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
